Access is granted on an invitation basis. You agree not to share your credentials, scrape the site in bulk, attempt to reverse engineer the application, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Rx Pulse aggregates information from public regulatory and commercial sources (including FDA and IQVIA). We make a best effort to keep data accurate and current, but the service is provided "as is" and you should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions.

No warranty

Rx Pulse is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
